The visit included meetings between Mohanty and Likhachev in Seversk, where they discussed the construction of Russian-designed high-capacity nuclear power units in India, implementation of low-power generation projects, and collaboration in the nuclear fuel cycle and non-power applications of nuclear technologies. Mohanty’s delegation, which included Indian Ambassador to Russia Vinay Kumar, also visited Tomsk State University, where Kumar delivered a lecture on India-Russia relations. The visit highlighted the potential for cooperation between the two countries in various fields, including high technology, education, and research.
