Salman Khan Farmhouse Shooting: Another Arrest Made, LOC Issued in Conspiracy Case

The investigation into the alleged conspiracy to attack Salman Khan’s farmhouse near Panvel, Navi Mumbai, has taken another significant turn with the arrest of a shooter named Sukkha. The Panipat, Haryana resident was apprehended on October 17th, adding to the growing list of suspects in this high-profile case. This development follows the issuance of a Look Out Circular (LOC) against Shubham Lonkar, an absconding accused, by the Mumbai police.

The police have stated that their search for Lonkar is ongoing. An FIR has been registered against him for his alleged involvement in the conspiracy. Investigations revealed that Lonkar, along with other individuals, conducted reconnaissance of Salman Khan’s farmhouse. He is believed to be a key figure in the plot to attack the Bollywood superstar at his residence.

This arrest and the LOC issuance come on the heels of the Navi Mumbai Police’s earlier investigation into the incident of firing outside Salman Khan’s house in Bandra. This investigation led to the arrest of four individuals on June 1st, who were linked to Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang. These individuals were apprehended for their alleged role in a plan to attack Salman Khan’s car in Panvel.

The investigation has uncovered a chilling detail: there was a plan to procure weapons from a Pakistani arms supplier for this attack. An FIR was registered against over 17 individuals, including prominent names like Lawrence Bishnoi, Anmol Bishnoi, Sampat Nehra, and Goldy Brar. The arrested accused were identified as Dhananjay alias Ajay Kashyap, Gaurav Bhatia alias Nahvi, Waspi Khan alias Wasim Chikna, and Rizwan Khan alias Javed Khan.

Following the recent killing of former minister and NCP leader Baba Siddique in Bandra, security has been heightened outside Salman Khan’s apartment. Siddique, a former MLA from Bandra and leader in Ajit Pawar’s faction of the NCP, was fatally shot near Nirmal Nagar.

The investigation into Salman Khan’s farmhouse shooting continues, with the police determined to bring all those involved to justice. The case highlights the growing threat of organized crime and the need for robust security measures, particularly for high-profile individuals in the entertainment industry.
