Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is once again facing threats from the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang. On Tuesday, Mumbai Police Traffic Control officials confirmed that the actor had received another ominous message from the gang.
The message, reportedly sent by a member of the gang, stated that Salman Khan must visit a temple associated with the Bishnoi gang and offer an apology. Additionally, the message demanded a sum of ₹5 crore (approximately $600,000 USD) as a condition for the actor’s continued safety. The message chillingly threatened, “If he does not do this, we will kill him. Our gang is still active.”
Following this alarming development, Mumbai Police officials have initiated a full-fledged investigation to identify the sender of the threat message. They are working diligently to apprehend the individual and ensure the safety of Salman Khan. The police investigation is ongoing, and further updates are expected to be released as they become available.
This is not the first time Salman Khan has been targeted by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. In 2021, the gang allegedly targeted the actor during the promotion of his film ‘Radhe.’ This recent threat has raised concerns among fans and the film industry about the actor’s security and the persistent threat posed by the Bishnoi gang.
The Lawrence Bishnoi gang, notorious for its criminal activities including extortion and violence, has been involved in several high-profile cases. The gang has previously targeted prominent figures in the entertainment industry and other sectors, making this latest threat a serious cause for concern.
