Seminole Hard Rock Promotes Two Senior Executives to Key Leadership Roles

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services has announced the promotion of two senior executives to new roles with expanded responsibilities. Stephanie Piimauna has been appointed as the Senior Vice President of People and Inclusion. In this role, she will also oversee Human Resources, reporting directly to Tracy Bradford, President of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services. Piimauna will continue her role as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, managing Tribal Career Development and Global Social Responsibility initiatives, and will report to Jim Allen, Chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming.

Additionally, Meaghan Ryan has been promoted to Head of Human Resources for all of Seminole Support Services. In her new role, she will report to Stephanie Piimauna. These promotions reflect Seminole Hard Rock Support Services’ commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, while ensuring effective leadership and management within the organization.

Since joining Hard Rock in 2021, Stephanie Piimauna has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, where she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy. Her efforts have led to the establishment of 11 Team Member Resource Groups, fostering inclusive environments and setting measurable goals for progress. Under her leadership, Hard Rock has consistently been recognized by Forbes, earning the designation of Best Employers for Diversity from 2021 to 2023 and Best Employers for Women from 2019 to 2023. In 2023, Hard Rock was also named one of Forbes’ Best Brands for Social Impact.

Drawing on over two decades of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion, Piimauna is committed to driving meaningful change using innovative approaches that yield lasting results. Before joining Hard Rock, Piimauna held leadership roles at Gilead Sciences and MGM Resorts International, among others. She holds a degree in Business and has obtained several certifications in Human Resources, Leadership Effectiveness, Diversity & Inclusion, Change Management, Project Management, and Finance from institutions such as the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), Cornell University, and PROSCI. Additionally, she is a certified coach through the Center for Coaching Excellence and a certified member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Meaghan Ryan has been with Seminole Hard Rock for a decade, establishing herself as a trusted, collaborative, and strategic business partner. As Vice President overseeing Global Talent and Team Member Relations, she has been instrumental in developing world-class talent across the organization. Her responsibilities included talent acquisition, recruitment capabilities, succession planning, and team member relations. Ryan initially joined the company to oversee talent acquisition. Before her tenure at Seminole Hard Rock, Ryan held HR leadership positions at various locations for Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Westgate Resorts. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Florida State University and was an inaugural member of the leadership team that launched the Women of Seminole Gaming mentorship program. Additionally, she is an active supporter of Global Gaming Women and serves on the board of Junior Achievement of South Florida.
