Shangri-La Eros New Delhi Welcomes Nikhil Bhaskaran and Rajeev Neolia to Key Management Roles
Shangri-La Eros New Delhi is delighted to announce the appointment of two highly skilled professionals to its management team. Nikhil Bhaskaran joins as Food & Beverage Manager, while Rajeev Neolia takes on the role of Director of Sales.
Nikhil Bhaskaran brings with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having honed his skills at prestigious establishments such as The Lodhi – New Delhi, The Leela Palace – New Delhi, and The Oberoi Amarvilas – Agra. With a solid academic background in Arts and International Hospitality Management from Queen Margaret University and the ITM Institute of Hotel Management, Nikhil also holds a Bachelor of Science in Catering Technology and Hospitality Management.
In his role as Food & Beverage Manager at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, Nikhil will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at elevating the hotel’s culinary offerings, driving revenue growth, and enhancing guest dining experiences.
Meanwhile, Rajeev Neolia, previously Director of Business Development, steps into the role of Director of Sales after a successful tenure at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi since 2008. Over his 17 years of experience, Rajeev has made significant contributions to renowned hotels like The Lalit – New Delhi, The Grand – New Delhi, and The Jaypee Palace – Agra.
In his new capacity, Rajeev will oversee room sales, focusing on strengthening the brand identity, implementing innovative sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue growth.
