Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Unveils Refreshed Guestrooms

The redesign, expertly crafted by The Vanguard Theory and led by Michelle Jaime, seamlessly incorporates local Hawaiian touches throughout the guestrooms. The walls are adorned with captivating photography by renowned Kailua artist Jenn Ellenburg, while the upholstery is provided by the Native Hawaiian-owned NOHO HOME. Jalene Kanani Hitzeman, the founder and designer of NOHO HOME, drew inspiration from the kui pattern, a symbol of lei-making, to infuse the rooms with the spirit of aloha that embodies Hawaii’s rich culture.

Thomas Foti, biplex general manager of Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa, and Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, eloquently expresses the vision behind the renovation, stating, “Our unwavering goal throughout this project was to preserve the beloved essence of the Princess Kaiulani hotel. By collaborating with visionary wahine artists of Hawaii, we have created a modern design that immerses our guests in the cherished history of Waikiki.”

To celebrate this remarkable transformation, Sheraton Princess Kaiulani invites travelers to indulge in exclusive packages that enhance their stay. Furthermore, the hotel offers a diverse array of complimentary guest activities as part of its exclusive Sheraton “Gatherings” series, ensuring a truly unforgettable experience in the heart of Waikiki.
