Appointed as director in November 2006, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth trajectory.
Shweta is the daughter-in-law of Shiv Ratan Agarwal, the promoter and chairman of Bikaji Foods. Shivratan established the Bikaji brand in 1993, and today, the company boasts a market cap of Rs 17750 crore (as of July 25). According to Forbes, Shivratan holds a real-time net worth of Rs 13390 crore. His son, Deepak Agarwal, is the company’s promoter and managing director, and Shweta is married to him.
Shweta’s academic background is impressive, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and a Master’s degree in Arts (English) from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. Her expertise in market development, brand management, and product innovation has been crucial to Bikaji Foods’ success.
