Siyata Mobile Closes $4 Million Public Offering for Growth

Siyata Mobile Inc., a global developer and vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) handsets and accessories, has announced the successful completion of its public offering, raising approximately $4.0 million. The offering included common shares and pre-funded warrants, sold at a price of $1.70 per share.

Spartan Capital Securities, LLC acted as the sole placement agent for the offering, which was conducted under the company’s registration statement on Form F-1, as amended, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The offering was declared effective by the SEC on August 13, 2024.
