SkyRun Vacation Rentals (SkyRun), a leading property management franchise specializing in vacation rentals, has announced the appointment of Cord Thomas as its new President and Chief Operating Officer. This appointment marks a significant step forward for SkyRun as the company prepares to expand its reach into new markets across the United States.
Thomas brings over 16 years of experience in the franchising world to SkyRun. He previously served as the President and Founding Partner of Elevation Burger, a successful brand he developed before it was sold in 2019. More recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of an award-winning Neapolitan pizzeria, where he played a key role in driving business development, managing real estate and finance strategies, and increasing profitability across the entire organization.

Thomas’ first 30 days in his new role will be dedicated to meeting with SkyRun franchisees across the country. He aims to gather valuable insights on potential areas for improvement and identify opportunities to further enhance SkyRun’s already exceptional property management services.
