Southern Manitoba residents should be prepared for wet weather today, as an area of low pressure moves east out of Saskatchewan. Showers or thunderstorms are possible late this afternoon or evening. The chances of precipitation are even higher in northwestern Ontario.
In contrast, northern Manitoba will enjoy sunshine and gusty northwest winds. The weather in Winnipeg will also improve for the Whiteout street party on Tuesday, with sunshine returning to the city and the south.
