Whisk the Eggs:
Using an electric whisk, whisk the eggs and caster sugar together until the mixture becomes light and doubles in volume.3.
Combine the Mixtures:
Pour the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg and sugar mixture, and carefully mix together until well combined.4.
Add the Dry Ingredients:
Sift in the cocoa powder and plain flour, gently stirring them together until just incorporated.5.
Fold in the Chocolate Chips:
Fold in the white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and dark chocolate chips.6.
Bake the Brownies:

While the Brownies Bake, Make the Ghosts:
1.
Melt the Chocolate:
Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.2.
Create the Ghost Shapes:
Using a teaspoon, create the body of the ghost by making a smooth, round shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.3.
Make the Arms:
Use a toothpick to gently draw two arms out from the body of the ghost.4.
Add the Eyes and Mouth:
Melt the milk chocolate in a separate bowl. Dip a toothpick in the melted milk chocolate and carefully draw two eyes and a mouth on the ghost.
Finishing Touches:
* Allow the brownies to cool completely before adding the ghosts. This will prevent the chocolate from melting.
* For a more colorful effect, you can use oil-based food coloring to add a touch of color to the melted white chocolate before making the ghosts.
