The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is set to conclude the online registration cum application submission for the recruitment of Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS Non Technical) and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) today, July 31, 2024. Eligible candidates have until 11 PM (2300 hrs) tonight to register and submit their applications on the official SSC website, ssc.gov.in. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 4,887 MTS positions and 3,439 Havaldar positions within the CBIC and CBN.
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must have completed Class 10 or its equivalent from a recognized board by the cut-off date.
Here’s a step-by-step guide for applying:
1. Visit the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in.
2. Click on the application link provided on the website.
3. Enter your registration details and submit the form.
4. Log in to your account.
5. Complete the application form and pay the application fee.
6. Submit the form and download the confirmation page.
7. Print a hard copy for future reference.
The application fee for SSC MTS Recruitment 2024 is Rs 100. However, women candidates and those belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempt from this fee. The payment window will close on August 1, 2024.
The correction window for application details will be open from August 16 to August 17, 2024.
The computer-based examination for the selected posts is scheduled to take place in October-November 2024.
