Susan Wagner’s Jaice Dorsey, bound for Northeastern University, displayed her talent by matching her Island record with a remarkable 14.23-second victory in the 100-meter hurdles. Her teammate, Mia Petersen, triumphed in the long jump with an impressive personal-best leap of 17 feet, 7 inches, ranking as the eighth-best performance in Island history. Tottenville’s Kory Brown also emerged victorious, while Monsignor Farrell’s 4×800-meter relay team secured the gold medal.
