Actress Sthefany Brito has been candidly sharing her postpartum experiences with her followers, offering a glimpse into the unique challenges and joys of motherhood. In a recent social media post, she confessed to a curious fear: sneezing. She explained, “One thing I forgot about is the fear of sneezing. I’ve already sneezed twice, and I’m terrified. I know nothing serious will happen, but it feels like my belly is going to explode with each sneeze.”
Sthefany also recounted a similar experience with coughing, saying, “I choked yesterday while lying down and started coughing. It was nothing major, but I got so nervous! My belly hurts when I cough, and it’s a very uncomfortable feeling. What a phase!”
Earlier, the actress shared snippets of her breastfeeding routine, posting simple messages like, “1:42, the first midnight feed at home” and “And we’re here again” at 4:36 AM. She later followed up with a video detailing her experience.
“Those who follow me know that I even received some messages asking about breastfeeding. With Henrico, it was very difficult for me; I was quite hurt and took a long time to ask for help. By the time I started seeing a consultant, my breasts were in terrible condition, and I was about to give up. It was truly a difficult phase,” she recalled.
“Now, since every pregnancy and every child has its own peculiarities, our breastfeeding experience this time around is different. Just by saying, “Don’t bite me, little guy, respect your mother,” he already understands. Over time, you become more experienced. I can recognize when he’s truly breastfeeding, when he’s sucking or taking a little bite. And so we’re adapting.” The actress was interrupted as her son released her breast, bringing a heartwarming end to the video.
