Stine Goya’s 2025 resort collection breathes new life into some of Goya’s classic pieces. A beloved padded bomber jacket receives a vibrant update with a watercolor floral print featuring beaded stamens. The same textile is transformed into a sleeveless A-line shift dress, offering versatility for layering in cooler temperatures. All-over beading adds a touch of opulence to casual separates such as hoodies and a chic evening frock. A rich merlot hue adds a touch of sophistication to the brand’s go-to pantsuit.
Amidst the collection, a turtleneck dress stands out as a testament to Goya’s ongoing exploration of home and intimacy. The dress features a lush, expressionist portrait of the designer and her husband Thomas Hertz in the verdant surroundings of their summer home. This motif builds on the brand’s recent shows, which have been set on the street where Goya lives and in her offices.
Goya’s commitment to art and inspiration extends beyond the runway. The designer is currently working on an installation and curation of the collection at the Kunsten Museum of Modern Art in Jutland, Denmark. This exhibition, set to open in November, coincides with the delivery of the collection. The installation promises to provide a deeper insight into the artistic vision behind Stine Goya’s latest creations.
