According to a lawsuit filed in Cape May County Superior Court, Manny Parada, who became Stone Harbor’s administrator in March 2023, began sexually harassing the female employee shortly after. The suit alleges that the harassment included inappropriate comments, physical contact, and retaliation when the employee complained. Due to the harassment, the employee claims she was denied a promotion and subjected to a hostile work environment.
Stone Harbor has not yet commented on the active litigation, and Parada did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
