Suburban Real Estate Deals: Mobile Home Complex and Elma Property Sell for $1.2 Million Each

In a pair of recent real estate transactions, a mobile home complex in Clarence and a mixed-use property in Elma have been acquired by new owners. Notably, both properties were purchased for the same price of $1.2 million, as per documents filed in the Erie County Clerk’s office.

The first deal involved the sale of Sheridan Park Village, a 44-unit mobile home complex located at 4570 Thompson Rd. in Clarence. The property, which also has addresses listed as 9160 and 9179 Sheridan Dr., was sold by Sandra Griffin and Kathleen Bartoszek to the Clarence MHP LLC investment group. Records from the Erie County Clerk’s office indicate that the transaction was finalized on April 22nd.

Sheridan Park Village was initially constructed in 1950, making it one of the oldest mobile home complexes in Erie County.

The second transaction pertains to a multi-tenant commercial property situated at 3211 Transit Rd. in Elma. The property was acquired by Mabrouk LLC from 3211 Transit Rd. Inc., as per filings made in the county clerk’s office on April 19th.

This building, which encompasses 21,845 square feet, was constructed in 1979. Records from the county clerk’s office show that 3211 Transit Rd. Inc. purchased the vacant parcel in 2003 for $528,075.
