Alexa Chung, Little Simz, Hilary Swank, and Willem Dafoe all graced the runway, adding a touch of unexpected Hollywood glamor to the show. This echoes Prada’s history of casting actors in their runway shows, notably the autumn/winter 2012 Menswear collection dubbed ‘The Villains Runway,’ which featured a roster of Hollywood bad guys.

Miu Miu’s history with casting celebrity offspring is well-established. Previous seasons have showcased Esther McGregor, Zaya Wade, and Ella Emhoff. The brand was also the first to feature Lila Moss in a runway show, days after her 18th birthday, with the daughter of Kate Moss and Dazed cofounder Jefferson Hack opening and closing the Spring/Summer 2021 presentation.
With the upcoming Autumn/Winter 2025 collections, it’s clear that Miu Miu is not afraid to embrace the unexpected.
