Sungrow Charging Europe, a dedicated business unit of global PV inverter and energy storage system provider Sungrow, will showcase its services and solutions in the EV Charging sector at the Power2Drive event, taking place from June 19th to 21st. The company will be present at booth B6.109, revealing its latest advancements in EV charging technology and welcoming CPOs, EPCs, and investors in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, as well as individuals interested in sustainable EV charging.
Drawing upon its 27-year experience in the renewable industry, Sungrow will exhibit solutions for both residential and public charging scenarios. Moving beyond traditional charging, Sungrow Charging Europe presents a fully sustainable EV charging ecosystem that integrates PV inverters and energy storage systems. This comprehensive approach caters to various application scenarios with different power classes, paving the way for a truly green charging world.
For residential applications, Sungrow will showcase its AC chargers, available in 7kW for everyday use and a faster 11kW variant. Additionally, a beyond-charging solution for residential settings will be presented, pairing an AC charger with a hybrid inverter and a redesigned high-voltage LFP residential battery. This modular battery system, ranging from 10 to 40 kWh, provides a comprehensive solution for home energy management and personalized EV charging. The introduction of the Home Manager further optimizes homeowners’ costs and contributes to a zero-emission home scenario. Visitors can explore this residential three-phase solution, including the battery and EV charger, at booth B3.310.
Sungrow offers an ideal solution for public charging in commercial scenarios with an optional stand-alone 22 kW socket version of the AC charging solution. The company’s Red Dot Design awarded compact and efficient DC charger IDC30E, featuring 30kW, is now available with MID and Eichrecht metering, ready for AFIR regulations. The high-power DC charger IDC180E, ranging from 120-180kW and boasting the same metering options, will also be showcased for high-demand public areas. The series of high-power IDC EV Chargers is designed to optimize CPOs’ total cost of ownership (TCO) while catering to the rising demand for public charging. Both solutions feature excellent C5 corrosion protection and IP65 rating, making them suitable for applications in harsh conditions.
The IDC series will be further enhanced by a new high-power charger, introduced at the event. This latest addition is designed for the busiest charging stations and supports the optimized charging of heavy commercial (HCV) vehicles, aligning with the EU’s plans to phase out fossil fuel use in the next decade.
Sungrow’s enhanced portfolio of EV DC and AC charging solutions leverages industry-leading technology for seamless integration, optimized protection, and long-term reliability. The solutions contribute to sustainable mobility with carefree charging. The product portfolio features a compact design, user-friendly operation, and high efficiency, coupled with robust construction and UV resistance. Integration with the iSolarCloud digital monitoring platform allows customers to monitor energy flow and self-consumption in near real-time, providing total control over their renewable energy assets.
