Suni Bulsara Struggles Under Pressure in Doctors

As Suni Bulsara settles into his new role as partner at The Mill following his mother Nina’s departure, he grapples with the challenges of his increased workload. Jimmi Clay raises concerns about Suni’s late-night work habits, while surgery business manager Bear Sylvester drops a bombshell: former partner Daniel Granger intends to withdraw his investment from the practice in a few weeks. Suni is further rattled by the news that bosslady Zara Carmichael had not yet informed him of Daniel’s decision.

An emergency meeting is convened among the partners to discuss how to handle the financial crisis that could ensue if they cannot raise the funds to buy out Daniel’s share. Meanwhile, Kirsty Millar receives an impromptu visit from her boyfriend, Dave Burns, who has something significant to share with her.

Ruhma Carter, a midwife, becomes concerned about Sadie Kruger, a 36-week-pregnant patient who appears detached and aloof. Despite discovering that the baby is in a breech position, Sadie refuses to undergo a scan. Doula Nicky Jones’ involvement during the appointment raises tensions between her and Ruhma. However, the situation takes a more unsettling turn when Sadie begins experiencing aural flashbacks and periods of zoning out, leaving everyone wondering about her well-being.
