Super73, known for its affinity towards classic aesthetics, continues to impress with the introduction of three new limited-run colorways for its e-bikes. Inspired by American and motorsports heritage, the Bandit SE, Palladium SE, and Speedway LE embody retro-futuristic styling. Each e-bike features subtle yet distinctive touches, such as the Bandit SE’s blacked-out finish with gold trim, reminiscent of vintage motorcycles. The Palladium SE exudes sophistication with its dark gray exterior and contrasting brown seat. The Speedway LE draws inspiration from motorsports with its eye-catching livery.
Beyond aesthetics, Super73 has implemented significant upgrades based on customer feedback. The e-bikes now boast a more durable throttle design, eliminating the concerns of faulty throttles in previous models. Additionally, Super73 has introduced an interchangeable battery system. The relabeled 500 Pro Battery offers a range of 25 to 35 miles, while the 750 Pro Battery extends the range to 35 to 45 miles. For maximum performance, the 1,000 Pro Battery delivers a range of 40 to 55 miles. The interchangeable nature of the batteries allows users to upgrade their e-bikes with increased power as needed. Notably, Super73’s new batteries comply with UL standards, mitigating concerns about overheating and other potential hazards.
When it comes to pricing, the most budget-friendly option is the Z Miami in Panthro Blue, starting at $1,995. If you’re seeking the exclusive limited-edition or special-edition colorways, expect to pay a slight premium. Super73 did not update the S2 with the new color schemes, but it is available in Sandstorm or Panthro Blue starting at $3,295. At the high end, the Super73-R Adventure Series is offered in special-edition Bandit and Palladium colors for $4,295, while the Speedway LE version retails for $4,595. Super73 anticipates the new models to be available in mid-May, with the first deliveries expected in early June.
