Due to the extreme heat conditions in Jharkhand, classes up to grade 8 in all categories of schools, including government, government-aided, minority, and private institutions, have been suspended from Tuesday, April 30th. This decision was made by the school education and literacy department to ensure the safety and well-being of students. Additionally, schools are permitted to conduct classes for students of Class 9 and above only between 7:00 AM and 11:30 AM. This measure has been implemented to mitigate the impact of the heat on students and to create a conducive learning environment during the remaining school hours.
