According to internal company documents, the price adjustment is a response to rising operational costs. T-Mobile insists that the majority of its customers will not be affected. Those with Go5G plans and those protected by the T-Mobile Price Lock guarantee are exempt from the price hike.
However, it’s important to note that other older T-Mobile and Sprint plans may also be subject to the increase. T-Mobile completed its acquisition of Sprint in 2020, and it’s possible that some Sprint customers could be affected.
