The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the revised Senior Secondary Curriculum for the 2024-25 academic year. The curriculum aims to foster competences in learners and encompasses seven major learning areas: Languages, Humanities, Mathematics, Sciences, Skill Subjects, General Studies, and Health and Physical Education. Students can choose a minimum of 5 subjects in Class 11 and continue the same subjects in Class 12. Hindi or English is a mandatory language subject, and students can opt for either core or elective courses in these languages.
