Adar Poonawalla, CEO of the Serum Institute of India, has purchased Aberconway House, a century-old mansion near Hyde Park, for Rs 1,446 crore, making it the most expensive home sold in London last year. The property will be owned by Serum Life Sciences, a UK-based affiliate of the Poonawalla family’s Serum Institute of India. This purchase marks the second most expensive residential property transaction in London’s history.
