Clearbot, a start-up founded by Utkarsh Goel and Sidhant Gupta, has developed a fleet of self-driving autonomous marine robots capable of clearing plastic pollution, moving goods, performing inspections, and even absorbing oil from water surfaces. Empowered with AI, the robots can also analyze and track debris to trace the origins of marine pollution. With support from the City I&T Grand Challenge and other investments, Clearbot has grown its team and expanded its fleet of autonomous bots to 12. The start-up aims to revolutionize marine industry research and make a positive impact on the environment.
