Union Home Minister Amit Shah has fiercely criticized alleged corruption in Bengal, a day after the Calcutta High Court scrapped 25,757 school appointments. Shah claimed that each job was sold for Rs 10-15 lakh and alleged a pervasive culture of bribery and misappropriation of funds. Furthermore, Shah expressed confidence that BJP would emerge victorious in the upcoming elections, projecting a target of 30-35 seats in Bengal.
