The new service will provide passengers with enhanced travel options and seamless connections to popular global destinations. Operated by the state-of-the-art Emirates Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, the second daily flight offers a comfortable two-class configuration with 42 Business Class and 386 Economy Class seats. Emirates’ renowned services and amenities, including the ice entertainment system and a curated selection of amenities, will enhance the travel experience for passengers.

Curaçao has experienced a significant increase in stayover visitors from Brazil, contributing to the growth of its tourism industry. As of the first quarter of 2024, over 10,500 Brazilian visitors arrived on the island. This growth is attributed to enhanced air connectivity, including the direct flight from Brazil. To cater to the influx of tourists, the Curaçao Tourist Board implemented a Basic Portuguese course for industry workers. Over 65 employees completed the program, equipping them with linguistic skills to better serve Brazilian visitors.

Flynas Expands Operations in the UAE, Connecting Major Airports

Flynas, a prominent Middle Eastern budget carrier, announced plans to extend its network in the UAE at the Arabian Travel Market 2024 in Dubai. The airline aims to introduce flights to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) in Dubai from its hubs in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Madinah. This expansion will make Flynas the only Saudi Arabian carrier serving all four major airports in the UAE. The expanded operations will increase flight frequencies between Saudi Arabia and the UAE to over 20 daily, strengthening the economic and tourism ties between the two countries. This move aligns with Saudi Arabia’s National Civil Aviation Strategy to connect the Kingdom with international destinations and enhance the Pilgrims Experience Program.
