Travelers Eager to Fly, But Cost-Conscious and Less Loyal to Airlines

A survey by OAG Aviation reveals that travelers are eager to travel but are also mindful of costs and less swayed by traditional airline loyalty programs. Younger travelers, in particular, are less likely to be enrolled in frequent flyer programs than older generations. To boost loyalty, airlines should consider allowing customers to use earned points across different aspects of their travels, such as vacation rentals, hotel accommodations, and car rentals.
