Low-cost airlines may not offer the most luxurious experience, but they can provide affordable travel options. While easyJet ranks highest among UK airlines, it has received mixed reviews from passengers. The ranking also highlights an unexpected inconvenience: flight attendants consider placing liquids in overhead bins to be a major annoyance as they often leak, potentially soaking other passengers’ belongings.

Despite improvement efforts, Spirit and Frontier Airlines remain at the bottom of an annual customer satisfaction survey. However, they have made gains in areas such as check-in, in-flight service, and staff performance. The survey suggests that budget airlines are perceived as offering greater value compared to legacy carriers due to additional fees implemented by the latter.
