Andrew LaGala, an aviation professional with over 30 years of experience, has been chosen to lead Fayetteville Regional Airport, beginning October 2. LaGala’s extensive background in airport operations and management will be instrumental in the airport’s future growth and expansion plans.
Ivar C. Satero, Director of San Francisco International Airport (SFO), has announced his plans to retire at the end of 2024. Satero has led SFO since 2016, overseeing significant infrastructure projects, environmental initiatives, and passenger experience enhancements. The airport will commence a search for Satero’s successor in the coming months, and Satero will remain in his role during the transition.
