Dubai has initiated construction on a new terminal at Al Maktoum International Airport, projected to become the world’s largest airport with an annual passenger capacity of 260 million. According to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the airport’s capacity will be five times that of Dubai International Airport, making it one of the busiest air hubs globally.
