Despite its flaws, Alien 3 deserves a second look. Director David Fincher’s film offers a chillingly claustrophobic atmosphere, a standout performance from Sigourney Weaver, visually stunning special effects, and a satisfyingly poetic conclusion to Ripley’s arc.
