Ankiti Bose, former CEO of Zilingo, has filed a criminal complaint against co-founder Dhruv Kapoor and ex-COO Aadi Vaidya, accusing them of cheating, criminal intimidation, conspiracy, and harassment. Bose alleges that Kapoor and Vaidya misled her and investors to gain financial advantages, coerced her to give up shares and business, and falsely attributed loss-making deals to her.
