The poll, conducted by Economist/YouGov, reveals that 97% of respondents consider inflation an important issue, with 77% stating it is ‘very important.’ Meanwhile, 85% view immigration as an important issue, with 56% deeming it ‘very important.’ Despite the significance of these issues, Biden’s approval ratings on these fronts are dismal. Only 29% approve of his handling of inflation, while 62% disapprove, including 49% who ‘strongly’ disapprove. His approval rating on immigration is similarly low, with 29% approval and 61% disapproval.
