Range Rover has unveiled its first electric vehicle (EV) prototype during rigorous testing in the Arctic Circle. The prototype features an all-black design, an all-electric drivetrain developed in-house by Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), and an advanced traction control system that allows for enhanced performance on icy and slippery surfaces. The testing regime includes extreme temperatures from -100°F to 122°F, ensuring the vehicle’s reliability in various conditions. While pricing and availability details are yet to be announced, the Range Rover Electric promises to combine the brand’s traditional luxuries with smooth and quiet electric propulsion.
