The company aims to build a 750,000-square-foot facility in the initial phase, creating an estimated 3,335 direct and indirect jobs over 30 years, with a projected $8 billion in salaries. E-Space plans to employ a minimum of 400 people in the first five years, with an average annual salary of $95,000. The Arlington Economic Development Corp. is expected to approve a master agreement with E-Space on April 23rd, providing up to $50 million in sales tax proceeds for construction.
