Lawyers for the Creative Arts (LCA) and the Arts & Business Council of Chicago (A&BC) are joining forces to form one of the largest volunteer corps supporting the arts in the country. The combined organization will provide a range of services to arts organizations throughout Illinois, including pro bono legal assistance, business consulting, and education. The merger comes at a time when arts organizations are facing financial challenges, staffing issues, and other difficulties. The new entity aims to address these challenges by providing comprehensive support and resources to the arts community.
