Rookie guard Caitlin Clark of the Indiana Fever set a new WNBA single-game assist record with 19 in a 101-93 loss to the Dallas Wings on Wednesday. Clark’s record-breaking assist came on a game-tying 3-pointer with 2:22 remaining in the fourth quarter, but Dallas scored the final eight points to secure the victory. Clark also contributed 24 points and six rebounds in the game.
