Good Life Senior Living Resident’s Death Ruled a Homicide

A 75-year-old Good Life Senior Living resident passed away 19 days after being pushed by another resident, leading to an official homicide ruling. The victim, Linda S. Steen, sustained a broken hip during the incident on March 11. An autopsy revealed that the short duration between the push and her death on March 30 was a contributing factor in the homicide determination. Despite the ongoing investigation, no charges or arrests have been made. Steen was recognized for her dedication as a social worker in Ramsey County, where her kindness and compassion left a lasting impact. Her life was celebrated at a memorial service held on April 18.
