Lucknow Traffic Police has deployed ‘tyre killers’ at two prominent crossings, Barabirwa Crossing, and Awadh Chauraha, to deter vehicles from moving in the wrong direction. Another set of tyre killers has been installed near Baikunth Dham to mitigate traffic congestion caused by ongoing road construction. Once the road reopens on April 25, vehicles can reach Samta Mulak intersection via Route 1090 instead of Gomti Barrage.
