Results for: Awfis Space Solutions IPO

Awfis Space Solutions, a leading provider of workspace solutions, has opened its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription. The IPO will close on May 27, with a price band set at ₹364 to ₹383 per share. Investors can apply in lot sizes of 39 shares, with a minimum investment amount of ₹14,937. The company raised ₹268.62 crore from anchor investors on May 21 ahead of the IPO.

Awfis Space Solutions IPO will open for subscription on May 22 and close on May 27. The issue includes a fresh issue of ₹ 128 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 12,295,699 equity shares, with a face value of ₹ 10 each. The price band of the issue has been fixed at ₹ 364 to ₹ 383 per equity share of the face value ₹ 10.
