The Supreme Court has questioned Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s counsel about why a bail application was not filed before the trial court in connection with the Delhi excise policy case. The court also inquired about whether Kejriwal was named in the CBI or ED’s case report, and his lawyer responded that he was not. The hearing is scheduled to continue on Tuesday.
