The 33-year-old politician is currently in custody, with the Special Investigation Team probing his alleged crimes. The case gained notoriety after explicit videos purportedly featuring Revanna surfaced online shortly before the recent Lok Sabha elections. Revanna claims the videos are fake.
A Delhi court on Thursday reserved its decision on Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s bail plea in the money laundering case related to the alleged discrepancies in the now-scrapped excise policy. The court also reserved its decision on Kejriwal’s request for his wife to attend his medical board examination via video conference.

Kejriwal has sought a week’s extension of his interim bail on medical grounds, including a PET-CT scan due to sudden weight loss and high ketone levels. The court has set June 1 as the next date for the hearing.
