Batteries Plus, a leading battery retailer and recycler, has been selected to receive a substantial grant from the U.S. Department of Energy to spearhead a nationwide initiative aimed at dramatically increasing battery recycling. The grant will leverage Batteries Plus’ extensive network of stores and expertise to promote responsible battery disposal across the country.
