Axel Schmidt has been appointed as the new Head of Corporate Communications at Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg (BER Airport) GmbH. Schmidt brings with him over 18 years of experience in communications management, having held positions at ImmoScout24, Scout24, Zucker.Kommunikation, and mc Group agency. In his new role, Schmidt will be responsible for overseeing location marketing, PR, event and content management, employer branding, social media, internal communication, and partner and sustainability communication.
