Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) experienced significant growth in passenger traffic, aircraft movements, and air freight in April 2024 compared to both the previous year and pre-pandemic levels. Passenger traffic reached 2.15 million, a 12.6% increase from April 2023, while aircraft movements rose by 14.1% to 16,689. Air freight also saw a remarkable 55.8% increase year-over-year, handling 3,790 tonnes.
