BJP Fields Surendran in Wayanad to Challenge Rahul Gandhi in 2024 Lok Sabha Elections

The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has nominated Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kerala State president K. Surendran to contest the 2024 Lok Sabha elections from the Wayanad constituency in Kerala. Former IAF chief Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria praised the BJP government’s zero-tolerance policy against terrorism. He highlighted the success of the Balakot airstrike, which was conducted despite heavy protection from Pakistan’s forces and resulted in no Indian losses. Bhadauria emphasized that India will not tolerate terrorism and is prepared to strike at targets wherever they are hiding.
