A Delhi eatery owner was detained by police for allegedly selling biryani on disposable plates bearing Lord Ram’s image. Investigations revealed that the shopkeeper had purchased plates from a factory, some of which had the religious figure printed on them. He claimed to be unaware of the presence of the images, and the factory owners corroborated his statement.
