After a five-year restoration, the historic French bistro Le Veau d’Or on New York City’s Upper East Side is reopening its doors. Renowned chefs Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr, known for their other successful restaurants, are bringing back the bistro’s classic French cuisine and elegant atmosphere, attracting a new generation to experience the charm that drew the likes of Jacqueline Onassis, Truman Capote, and Marlene Dietrich to its tables.
